We are here for you!

Let’s talk one on one

We offer free one on one counselling, case management and mentoring out of the hub. Your first visit at the hub will be a relaxed conversation, with one of our experienced intake people. These services are provided by our partners and can be booked via phone/email/messenger.

These sessions usually last an hour and are about identifying your needs and issues. Once we have identified the service/s that best fit you we make a booking and you can then be seen at the hub and for your sessions. Our services are confidential, free and flexible.

We aim to provide a safe space for community members & young people

We connect with the community by providing a space where everyone feels welcome and can have a meaningful conversation if they are up for it. Our aim is to break down the stigma to help-seeking and letting the community know that the hub is here to be used for anyone 12- 25 and their families.

Some afternoons at the hub we have special guests that come down to run information sessions or workshops. Keep in the loop around what’s happening on our community engagement afternoons by following us on Facebook & Insta.
